oC1.1b love

I love oC1.1b. Mostly because it's awesome, but also because it's freeware. :] This is just a quick oC drawing of me and my bud Seff, respectively, on a beach (Atlantic or Lake Michigan? like I know), posin' for a cell phone snapshot. Not quite finished, especially considering my face in this is SCREWED UP. Look at how out of proportion my smile is from the rest of my features. It's like... blargh, way down to the left where it should not be. I'll fix it before it's painted, I swearz. Good night one and all.

Halloween's soon, ain't it?

Halloween falls on a Friday this year. The local school district also isn't having school that Friday. That was not smart - of course, the public school district here isn't known for much of anything other than drugs, gangs/gang shootings, bomb threats, and large teen pregnancy/abortion/felon/dropout rates.

But that's not what this is about. This piece is just basically what happens when I doodle something up in 3 or 4 minutes to some nice Tchaikovsky, when it just so happens to be near my birthday/Halloween. (: Fun, yes?

Carthage College, or UW-Parkside?

I've now been accepted for admission by both my #1 and #2 choice schools. Darn you, life, why must you get so complicated?

Anyway, this is just a personal gifty that I sketched up in a few minutes for my bud. That's Talos and Seff, our wolf fursona character thingies. I've been listening to these two songs a lot since the first time I heard them last night, and they got me to thinking of teh Seffers (and Hada, too, a little bit): Over by Ivy, and Mixtape = Love by Viva Voce. Enjoy (and listen to those songs, they're great)!

Zadie/Hada was accepted today by the college she applied to! 8D This says "Congratulations" in 6 languages. Left --> right, top --> bottom: French, Russian, Hebrew, German, Latin, and finally English. Those language have significance that you probably wouldn't understand. Bet you feel left out.

So, yeah, I hope she likes it/them. I'm so excited for her. 83

As you can tell, the only difference is the backgrounds. I just wanted to convey the feeling of Talos being mighty tempted. Anyway, I'm done for the night/morning.
